He denounced the Public Ministry of Labor and the ombudsman of INCRA (National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform) for the charge of disrespecting sanitary regulations to prevent the new coronavirus and putting the lives of public officials at risk, the mayor of Rio Grande do Sul, Tarso Teixeira, died on Monday morning (4), a victim of Covid-19.

Tarso, who was an influential ruralista leader in the state, was 69 years old and admitted to the CTI of the Hospital das Clínicas, in Porto Alegre.

(…) At the beginning of December, Cnasi (National Confederation of Associations of Servants of the Incra) filed protests against Tarsus before the Public Ministry of Labor and before the Office of the Ombudsman of the agency, accusing the then director of disrespecting the rules health, not wearing a mask and adopting due care in the work environment, in addition to pressuring employees to return to work without the necessary security.
