Justice has already accepted the request of the Prosecutor’s Office and ordered the 15-year-old neighbor, Ana Kemilli’s neighbor, to stay 45 days, who confessed to having participated in the crime that occurred on the last day 8. The body of the teenager was found three days later.

After the judgment of the case, the Justice can determine hospitalization for the longest periods allowed by the Statute of the Child and Adolescent.

Neighbor confessed to the crime

According to Police Chief Thiago Gómez, the teenager was “confused and fearful” when he appeared at the police station the day after the victim’s body was found. “I was visibly scared of the repercussions, of the trauma. I think the family that guided him to act, ”Thiago told Uol. Investigators did not reveal the motivation for the crime, as the investigation is still ongoing.

Still, according to the delegate, the teenager did not deny the involvement of other people in the crime. However, the young man did not give the names of the others involved.
