About seven hours later, he would stab the judge in front of the couple’s three daughters, ages 7 to 9.

In all the statements, the man is described as a “calm” and “sociable” person, and two friends said that they never observed “any violent or aggressive behavior” on the part of the engineer.

A friend who gave testimony in DH, affirmed that Paulo had been unemployed for six years and that he had the image of a “homeowner”, because he had free time to “do things and stay with the children”. In addition, he says that he “began to behave differently, showing that he was depressed, always sad and regretting the relationship” after the couple separated.

Finally, the friend, who was one of the closest to Paulo, said that ‘Risadinha’ said that “the separation was friendly and that everything was going well.” He also stressed that he was unaware of the attacks and threats that Paulo made to Viviane.

Last Saturday, the Justice received the complaint offered by the Public Ministry against the engineer. In the decision, Judge Alexandre Dias Teixeira maintained the detention of the accused.
