Two young black men were forcibly removed from Salvador Shopping, in Bahia, by security guards on Monday (28). In a video circulating on social media, one of the young men yells for help as he receives a naked rear strangulation and is dragged by two employees. In a note to the Courier, Salvador Shopping regretted what happened and said that the conduct of the employees involved is in disagreement with the guidelines and the formation of the team. However, the establishment did not say what was the reason for the removal of the children from the site.
“The fact is being investigated internally for the individualization of responsibilities and the application of the applicable sanctions. We want to reiterate that, at no time, do we agree with what happens in the images. The purchasing center reinforces that it has been in dialogue with all the competent bodies on the subject ”, says the note.
Wanted by Uol, the Military Police reported that he was summoned to attend to an act of aggression. One of the security guards at the mall reportedly informed the team that a minor had assaulted one of the security guards. Those involved were taken to DAI (Police Station for Teen Offenders).
According to the Civil Police, the minor transferred to the police station was 15 years old. Two employees of the shopping center claimed to have been cursed and threatened by the boy, who also tried to attack them. A circumstantial police report was registered and the minor was sent to the Public Ministry for Children and Youth.
