Two irregular events were captured in the early hours of Sunday (27), in Americana. Both have 750 guests and were held in different places in the city.
The first party, in Praia Azul, was evaluated in a joint action of the Sanitary Surveillance of Americana with the Sanitary Surveillance Group of Campinas, the State Health Surveillance, with support from the Choque Battalion. About 250 people were captured at the scene. The second event, held on a farm in Praia dos Namorados with about 500 people, was detected by the city’s Health Surveillance in joint action with the Municipal Guard of Americana.
In Praia Azul, the city’s Health Surveillance agents were informed, through the State Surveillance Center, about an event with about 250 people, including visitors and employees of the Tropical nightclub. Around midnight they drove to the venue and captured the event.
The person responsible was transferred to the police station for a record of the occurrence for violating a determination of the Public Power, aimed at preventing the introduction or spread of a contagious disease.
The health surveillance inspector, Flávio Gomes, explained that the establishment was still evaluated for non-compliance with the Covid-19 prevention measures determined by the São Paulo Plan, such as the lack of use of masks, and received an interdiction notice for not have a risk to public health.
Valentine Beach. Later that same day, the Vigilance, together with the Municipal Guard of Americana, interrupted an act with some 500 people in Praia dos Namorados. The action was carried out around 3 in the morning, according to information from Gama, which dispersed all the regulars and recorded the occurrence of noise pollution. The Guard announced that the event featured a DJ and produced “high noise.”
The person responsible for the incident was called and the party closed immediately.
According to Inspector Flávio Gomes, later, the organizer of the event was transferred to the police station to prepare a police report and the establishment was fined for non-compliance with preventive measures against Covid-19, ballads with crowds and lack of masks. .
The establishment had already been banned and fined previously, so you should not be using the place, since it does not have a health license or stroke.
