A criminal group shot and killed one app controller and a passenger in the neighborhood Father Romualdo, in Caucaia, in the Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza (RMF), this Sunday afternoon (13). According to the police, the passenger was the target of the snipers. In addition to the men, there was also a woman in the vehicle. She was referred to a hospital in Serious condition.
The criminal group consisted of four suspects on two motorcycles. The passenger was identified as Bruno Almeida, 33. The woman, who survived but in serious health, did not reveal her identity. They were both in the back seat of the car.
The driver of the application was identified as Luan Moura da Silva, 23 years old. Witnesses reported that when they noticed the approach of the criminals, tried to escape by accelerating the car, but ended up climbing up the sidewalk and crashing into a dirt wall near the place where the race was requested.
Bruno Almeida, according to the police who attended the incident, suffered a attempted murder for at least two months, also in Caucaia, but in another neighborhood of the municipality.

The death of another app driver at the RMF occurs just eight days after the death of Hilker Araújo, who had 95% of his body burned during an assault and attempted assassination in Caucaia. Hilker spent 14 days at the Dr. José Frota Institute Hospital (IJF).
Previously, on August 10, driver Alexandre Fernandes, 32, also disappeared from RMF. His body was found in the BR-116 between Aquiraz me Itaitinga two days after the disappearance.
In August, Jaris Rodrigues, 52, was the victim of an attempted robbery, according to the Association of Application Drivers of Ceará (AMP). It was also found in the vicinity of BR-116, but in the immediate vicinity Cajazeiras, in Fortaleza.
