Taken by surprise by an attempted robbery last Sunday (22), a 19-year-old boy reacted impulsively and threw his cell phone against a door fence and escaped being assaulted by a bicycle thief. The information is from UOL.
Auditor Lucas Brasil de Souza Lima was on the sidewalk in front of the building where he lives, in the Enseada neighborhood, in Guarujá, around 1 pm, while he was waiting for a car by request to go to the beach, when he was approached by a man armed on a bicycle who tried to assault you.
“At that moment, I got scared. My reaction was to throw the device out the door, ”said the boy. In the sequence, the bandit leaves. In the images recorded by a security camera, it can be seen that the assailant has a gun at his waist and tries to take it to threaten Lucas.
“He came threatening me with death. But at that moment I didn’t even think about anything, everything went very fast. I didn’t see that he was armed, his back was turned when he lifted his shirt. I only went to see him later in the images from the security cameras, ”says the boy.
This is Lucas’ second attempted robbery. The first was in January 2019, when he also reacted and his device was not stolen. “I ran out and the bandit stopped robbing me,” he says.
The child reinforces that he knows that his attitudes were not correct. “I was inconsequential, but at that moment we didn’t think clearly. I know we shouldn’t do that and I don’t advise anyone to react because our lives are at risk, ”he says.
Regarding the attempted robbery last Sunday, he says that the day he did not go to the police to register a police report, it would be done online.
