Last Sunday (22), a 36-year-old woman was shot dead by her teenage son in Caçapava, in the interior of São Paulo. According to the Civil Police, the young man killed his mother after an argument because she forbade him to go to a street dance.
The mother was at home with her three children. One of them, the one who shot, was accompanied by his girlfriend and two friends. The victim forbade the teenager to go to the street dance and an argument broke out. During the fight, the young man pulled out a gun and shot his mother. He was unable to resist his injuries and died on the property.
After murdering his mother, the teenager fled, but was found by police on a property in the countryside. He, his girlfriend and two friends were arrested and transferred to the Civil Police.
At the police station, the young man revealed that he had shot the mother and that he too would be responsible for the death of the father. The man had been missing since April this year and his body was found by the police in Jacareí. The police are awaiting the expert report on the body found to verify if he was the father of the young man and in case the case is investigated.
The young man was arrested for a crime analogous to homicide and sent to the Casa Foundation.
