Married for 40 years, Jaime Gaudio Júnioir, 61, and Jaciara Moraes Gaudio, 57, died COVID-19 with an interval of only six hours on Tuesday (17), in Aracruz, in the Holy Spirit. The information is from G1 and TV Gazeta.

Jaime and Jaciara’s family believe that he was the first to be infected, since he manifested the symptoms of the disease before her. They felt ill about ten days ago and their coronavirus infection was confirmed.

“It started with a simple, routine cough. And soon after, he developed a fever. My mother had pneumonia, ”said one of the couple’s sons, Thiago Moraes.

Both were admitted to different hospitals and it was considered that they were at risk of contracting Covi-19. Jaime was in his 60s, had health problems, and was in line for a liver transplant. Jaciara was hypertensive.

“My father was hypertensive, he had cirrhosis, he was in the line of liver transplants. His case was more complicated, he has low immunity. My mother was also hypertensive, ”said the couple’s son, who lives in Portugal and was unable to say goodbye to both.

“The memory, when it arrives, will be good. Me, my brothers, so many people around us, family members. It really shook us. A very complicated loss. “
