New decree of the state government, published in the Official State Gazette (DOE), this Sunday afternoon (25), extends to all years of elementary school the reopening of face-to-face classes in 44 municipalities that make up the Fortaleza Health Region. The decision will take effect from Monday (26) in public and private units.
According to the document, Classes 3-8 now launch at 35% capacity.
Grades 1, 2, and 9 of primary school and 3 of secondary school, launched from October 1, had increased capacity from 35% to 50%. Early childhood education increased from 50% to 75% of the student limit.
Schools with students in vocational and / or preparatory courses for higher education are still authorized to operate at 35% of their capacity.
During the reopening, the decree determines that the schools execute the sector protocol 18 of the Plan of Resumption of Services, which includes the verification of temperature, use of alcohol gel and minimum distance

Events
The State Government has prohibited the holding of parties in closed places in all regions of Ceará in this new decree. In addition, there was a restriction of up to 100 participants in events in open places, with the exception of Cariri de Ceará, which maintained the prohibition of any type of event.
