Flordelis’ substitute is targeted for alleged ‘crack’ operation

The Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro (MP-RJ) and the Civil Police carry out an operation this Tuesday morning, 20, to carry out search and seizure orders in the investigation that investigates a possible practice of ‘cracking’ in offices of the Assembly Legislative of Rio (Alerj). The action takes place in addresses in Rio and Niterói.

The investigations are being carried out in secret, so the MP-RJ did not provide details on who would be the objectives of the operation on Tuesday. According to the daily O Globo, the action targets former state deputy Pedro Augusto (PSD) and three other advisers. Currently, Pedro Augusto is the 1st deputy of Mrs. Flordelis in the Chamber of Deputies.

The operation is coordinated by the Specialized Action Group to Combat Corruption (GAECC / MPRJ), together with the Security and Intelligence Coordination (CSI / MPRJ), and the Civil Police, through the General Directorate for Combating Corruption. Corruption and Delinquency, Organized Crime and Money Laundering (DGCOR-LD).
