INSS is notifying beneficiaries with irregularities in the system

In September, the INSS began a “comb-fine operation” to identify beneficiaries whose registration shows some type of irregularity. The analyzes were carried out on an administrative basis.

About 1.7 million beneficiaries reviewed their documents. In case of finding irregularities, the Institute makes the notification by sending letters of fulfillment of requirements.

Whoever receives the INSS notification must scan the required documents and submit them through the My INSS website or app within 60 days. Failure to comply with the requirement may result in suspension of social security provision indefinitely.
