Kassio Nunes Marques Curriculum
Kassio Nunes Marques was born in Teresina (PI) and is 48 years old. He has a Law Degree from the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) and has a specialization in Law and Tax Processes from the Federal University of Ceará (UFCE). In addition, he obtained a master’s degree from the Autonomous University of Lisbon.
Nunes has previously served as a judge and held positions in the Piauí section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). He has also served on the Federal Council of the order as a substitute and has even joined the National Commission for Electoral Law and Political Reform. Between 2008 and 2011, he was a judge at the Regional Electoral Court of Piauí.
In 2011, he was appointed federal judge of the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region (TRF-1) in the fifth constitutional, dedicated to law. He was nominated for the position by then-president Dilma Rousseff (PT), replacing Carlos Fernando Mathias de Souza, who had retired, after being the most voted in the triple list of the OAB.
