Fux took over as president of the STF this Thursday (10) – remember the ceremony in the video below. Among other functions, it is the responsibility of the president of the court to define the trial agenda.

In the opening speech, the minister pointed out the protection of human rights and the environment as the axes of the new administration; guarantee of legal security; fight corruption, organized crime and money laundering; promote access to digital justice; and strengthening of the Federal Supreme Court.

The trial calendar scheduled for the end of the year may be adjusted. This is because it can include processes related to the novel coronavirus pandemic or related to emergency problems.

  • September 23: actions related to the Union’s monopoly to explore lotteries;
