- Libraries (with 35% capacity)
- Small events (up to 100 people), starting September 14, in regions that have already completed Phase 4
The resumption is only valid for Fortaleza and the regions that have already fulfilled the fourth stage the plan to resume activities.
“The committee will begin to authorize, as of September 1, private early childhood education, nurseries and preschool, with the mandatory schools to offer parents distance education. It will be up to the parents to choose to continue remotely or in person, ”said Camilo Santana.
The resumption in public schools and other series of private schools will still be evaluated In the next weeks.
Mayor Roberto Cláudio attributed the definitions to measures taken since the beginning of the pandemic, such as strict social isolation.
“We are only being able, progressively and responsibly, to open some activities each week and make others more flexible, thanks to the actions that were taken back there: social isolation, rigid social isolation, and the very decision to have a science-based resumption plan and the decision of the experts ”, reinforced the mayor.
