Thus, the waiting lists by region will be opened according to the following program:

  • 9: 00-11: 00 Vaccination centers in Alba, Arad, Argeș, Bacău, Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Botoșani, Brăila, Brașov, Buzău, Călărași, Caraș-Severin, Cluj, Constanța, Covasna counties
  • 11: 00-13: 00 Vaccination centers in Dâmbovița, Dolj, Galați, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomița, Iași, Maramureș, Mehedinți, Mureș, Neamț, Olt, Prahova counties
  • 13: 00-15: 00 Vaccination centers in Sălaj, Satu-Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiș, Tulcea, Vâlcea, Vaslui, Vrancea, Ilfov and Bucharest counties

When the vaccination schedule is available for the general population, both the existing vaccination centers and those that will be operational in April 2021 will be visible to beneficiaries on the programming platform. Subsequently, vacancies in a given vaccination center will be available only to those on the open list for that center, subject to prioritization: 75% of the population at risk and 25% of workers in key areas, and in centers where there are vacancies. . , the people of the third stage can be programmed.

Specifically, each vaccination center will have places both for vulnerable groups and for employees in key areas, as well as for the general population, and the order of assignment of the vaccination calendars will be carried out according to the degree of occupation of the places by priority categories listed in the respective center’s lists.

Vaccination appointments can be made both through the electronic platform and by calling the call center number, and the ways to complete the scheduling process for people on the waiting list are as follows:

For those who opt for individual programming on the electronic platform: when the places are available in the center where the person has registered, the beneficiary receives a notification to that effect, and then enters the application, to choose the day and time. The person who does not confirm the available space by appointment within 24 hours of receiving the notification, will receive two more subsequent notifications. In the absence of confirmation within this time, the beneficiary remains on the waiting list, but will lose the position initially held.

  • (vi) workers in the financial, banking and insurance systems, in particular those who have direct contact with the public and those who provide essential payment, account management and investment services and operate national critical infrastructures, as well as staff critical support of them;
  • (vii) persons housed in the regional processing and accommodation centers for asylum seekers subordinate to the General Immigration Inspectorate;
  • (viii) people housed in reception centers for foreigners publicly detained by the General Inspectorate for Immigration;
  • (ix) persons deprived of liberty;
  • (x) people who provide communications infrastructure;
  • (xi) museum and public collection workers;
  • (xii) library workers;
  • (xiii) cashiers and other workers in grocery stores.
