The Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations decided on the new restrictions in force as of March 8 at 00.00 hours, after the entry of Bucharest into the red stage. Restaurants and bars are closed indoors, theaters and cinemas are also closed, and activity with the public of authorized economic operators on the playing field is also prohibited, except for LOTO ticketing activity.

In educational units, participation in classes is carried out as follows:

With physical presence to:

all preschoolers and elementary school students,

  • students in grades VIII, XII, XIII and students in the last years of vocational and post-secondary education, in compliance and application of all protection rules, up to half of the total number of students enrolled in those classes;

It is allowed to organize the following activities with physical presence in educational units:

  • simulations of national exams and exams of the last years;
  • national assessments;
  • make-up classes for all classes.

The daily participation, in the online system, of the students of the other classes / years of study.

Bucharest Economic Operators Restrictions:

  • The activity with the public of economic operators that carry out activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as restaurants and cafes, within buildings, as well as within other closed public spaces with roofs, is prohibited. ceiling or ceiling and that are delimited by at least two walls, regardless of whether they are temporary or permanent constructions;
  • The activity of restaurants and cafes within hotels, pensions or other accommodation units is prohibited, except for the service of people housed within these units;
  • It is allowed to prepare, sell and consume food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in specially designed spaces located outside the buildings, in the open air, as well as in public spaces if they have a roof and a single wall that ensures a distance of at least 2 meters . between tables. and the participation of a maximum of 6 people in a meal, if they are from different families, and in compliance with the sanitary protection measures established by joint order of the Minister of Health, the Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism and the President of the National Veterinary Health and Food Safety Authority;
  • It is allowed to prepare food and sell food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that are not consumed in the respective spaces;
  • Activity is not allowed in bars, clubs and discos;
  • The activity with the public of licensed economic operators in the field of gambling, except the activity of marketing LOTO tickets, bets and lottery tickets, in compliance with health protection measures;
  • It is prohibited to organize and carry out the activity with the public in cinemas, entertainment institutions and / or concerts, including those of the drive-in type;
  • Organizing and holding open-air shows, concerts, public and private festivals or other cultural events is prohibited;

The use of a protective mask is mandatory, to cover the nose and mouth of all people who have reached the age of 5, in all open public spaces;

Depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation at the level of the Municipality of Bucharest, any other security measure may be instituted with the approval of the Public Health Directorate of the Municipality of Bucharest and in accordance with current legal regulations.
