7. Housing assistance is provided to natural and legal persons for the rehabilitation of buildings and building facilities, which covers all estimated damages, with free state aid of 60% and interest-free loans of 40%.

8. After consultation with the Hellenic Banking Association, the suspension or liquidation of credit obligations to the citizens of the affected Municipalities begins.
