A different visit, to the shelter for homeless and abandoned animals in Ilioupoli, was made on Saturday by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, on the occasion of today’s World Stray Animal Day.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis had the opportunity to meet the dogs housed at the shelter, many of whom are trained for adoption.

The Prime Minister was also briefed on the challenges faced by officials and volunteers at the shelter, which is run by the Ilioupolis Zoophilic Association, and congratulated them on the love and care they provide to the animals.
