Retail in high-risk areas will operate as follows:

- Through the procedure of making a remote appointment by electronic or telephone means for collection / purchase in a store (click inside).
In particular, there must be an input for it. order / appointment of the company and sending the client either an electronic proof of purchase (prepaid order), or the appointment, or an SMS message containing the following information: name, address and VAT number of the company, as well as the time of receipt. The receipt must be made by a single person and payment only electronically or by POS upon receipt.
When receiving outside the store (click distance) should be noted minimum distance of two meters between clients, the maximum number of people in the waiting time should not exceed 9 people and the maximum length of stay at the reception point must be maximum 10 minutes.
In case of purchase and receipt in store (click inside), the company is obliged to publish in document or digitally the maximum number of consumers authorized to be inside the store in proportion to one person for every 25 m2. with a maximum number of 20 people.
In terms of calendar, optional extended opening hours are provided from 7 am to 8:30 pm Monday through Saturday and the operation of the stores is prohibited on Sundays.
It is observed that, for the regions very high risk, suspension remains the operation of retail stores operating under cooperative agreements of the type shops in a store. Too, Malls, discount stores, and discount towns will be closed. with the exception of pharmacies and supermarkets that operate on the condition that they have an independent entrance for consumers.

It is recalled that after an extraordinary meeting of the National Committee for the Protection of Public Health and taking into account the particularly worrying epidemiological picture presented by the Outlying units of Thessaloniki, Kozani and Acaya, it is decided to suspend the reopening of retail from Monday, April 5 in these three regional units until Monday, April 12.
As a consequence of this suspension, the Thessaloniki, Acaya and Kozani supermarkets it won’t sell all products, like in areas where retail opens on Monday.
