Duration of the measures, from Thursday, February 11 to Sunday, February 28.
– Hours (optional): Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. M. until 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
– On Sundays, only grocery stores, patisseries, bakeries, etc. They can operate until 5:30 pm if more specific provisions allow. Supermarkets may be open for the execution of your electronic orders until 5:30 p.m.
– Catering companies continue to operate with take-out, drive-through and delivery methods.
– Maximum number of customers allowed inside the stores: one (1) person for every 25 m2.
– Distance of two (2) meters between customers, while they wait at their cash registers stories.
– Open public markets: with participation of 50% of the sellers, 3 meters of distance between points of sale and parallel markets.
– Scroll by sending an SMS to 13033 with option 2 “Go to a supply store for basic necessities in the store (supermarket, mini-market)”, or by filling in a form – circulation certificate or filling in a handwritten circulation certificate.
– The consumer must keep the message he has sent to 13033, in order to prove the moment of sending and approval of his movement.
– Maximum duration of transactions: 2 hours, during which the consumer can make purchases, etc.
– Pharmacies and gas stations operate at the times provided for by more specific provisions for them.

Duration of the measures, from Thursday, February 11 to Sunday, February 28
– Hours (optional): Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. M. until 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
– Mandatory remote appointment, either electronically, by phone or through the e-Consumer digital application.
– Maximum number of customers allowed inside the stores: one (1) person for every 25 m2.
– Distance of two (2) meters between customers, waiting at the cash registers of the stores.
– Especially for February 13 and 14, florists can operate with delivery methods outside (click away) and purchase by appointment inside (click inside), with opening hours from 9:00 am. until 5:30 pm and respecting the proportion of 1 person per 25 m2.
– Travel by sending an SMS to 13033 with option 2 “Go to a basic supply store (supermarket, mini-market)”, or by means of the circulation certificate form or by handwritten circulation certificate.
– The consumer must keep the message they have sent to 13033, in order to prove the moment of sending and approval of their movement.
– Maximum duration of transactions: 2 hours, during which the consumer can make purchases, etc.

Special requirements
– Clients will arrive only by appointment, by telephone and electronic means.
Companies are required to complete a list of customer appointments daily at the start of operations, which will be shown to the auditors, from which exceptional visits to auto repair shops are excluded.
– Maximum number of people waiting: nine (9) people.
– Opening hours every day until 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays until 5:30 pm
– The kiosks work 24 hours.
– The suspension of personal hygiene services (waxing, treatment with ultraviolet and infrared rays, etc.), also applies when they are provided by clinics and multifunctional medical centers.
