PAOK’s complaint against Judge Vryonis provoked a strong reaction from the Olympic media, which rushed to defend the Appeals Committee member, who will end the demotion proposal.
PAOK reported that it will appeal to the Supreme Court and, on the port side, will consider that measure as a terrorist act and that pressure is being put on the judges. While the case has already been finalized within the walls and only the CAS decision will remain, it will ultimately decide whether the appeal decision will remain.
However, we must not forget that it is very likely that the Appeals Committee will conclude the most serious case that has been tried in football in Greece. As long as the Ethics Committee adopts the proposal for the demotion of Spanos, then the Appeals Committee, chaired by Mr. Filopoulos and four other members (Vryonis is one of them) will be called to make the final decision on the charge!
