Article 1

Purpose – description of the action – period of application

1. Pursuant to article 7, paragraph 11, no. 788/334896 / 23-12-2019 of the joint decision of the Minister and the Vice Minister of Rural Development and Food and the Vice Minister of Development and Investment, we determined the exact content and details of the implementation of action 3.1 “team to facilitate the movement “, in the context of the national beekeeping program for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.

2. In the context of the application hereof, the supply of replacement cells is strengthened, as defined in paragraph 3 and the individual mobile bases according to paragraph 7.

3. For the purposes of this application, the “new replacement cell” is defined as the “new cell” consisting of:

a) non-metallic hive pieces: standard type (10 or 8 squares) or plywood with fixed or movable base, Australian or standard type cover and corresponding squares,

b) metal parts of the hive: connectors for the lid and fasteners for the mobile base if the hive has a mobile base

“Complete hive” means all metallic and non-metallic parts of the replacement hive as described in case a and case b respectively.

4. The value of each replacement hive is determined up to the amount of thirty euros (€ 30.00),

5. The replacement rate will be 10% of the occupied cells, as defined in paragraph 2 of Article 2.

6. Replacement ampoules, the purchase of which is subsidized in the present context, shall be indicated in a visible place, in an integral and / or indelible manner “Reg. 1308/13 – 2020 (or 2021 or 2022 respectively for each year of application) “

7. From the year of beekeeping 2021 onwards, the purchase of individual mobile beehive bases can be strengthened at a rate of 20% in the occupied beehives of the beneficiaries, according to the approved national beekeeping program 2020-2022. The details about the eligibility criteria, in the specifications of the mobile bases, in the determination of their price, their marking and the form of control for the determination of the execution of the expense by the beneficiaries, will be determined with a decision of the Minister of Rural Development and Food. .

8. The application for this document covers the period of the beekeeping years 2020, 2021 and 2022, as defined in article 2 of 788/334896 / 23-12-2019 of a joint decision of the Minister and the Vice Minister of Development Rural and Food and the Vice Minister of Development and Investment.

Article 2

Beneficiaries – eligibility criteria

1. The beneficiaries of the action are natural or legal persons, holders of a valid beekeeping book and valid according to no. 370910 / 14-5-2001 (Β΄ 642) decision of the Minister of Agriculture, which maintains the apicultural holding with at least 20 “occupied hives” as defined in paragraph 2.

2. “Occupied cells” means the cells you own: declare the beneficiary, a natural or legal person, during the period specified in Article 2 of the Authorized Regulation (EC) 2015/1366. The beneficiaries declare the occupied cells with a request – declaration (Model 1), to the Directorate of Agricultural Economics and Veterinary Medicine of the competent Regional Unit on September 1 until December 31 of each year of beekeeping. If the beneficiary has a beekeeping brochure that has been considered, during the period from September 1 to December 31, he is not obliged to submit an application: declaration of the hives occupied for the corresponding year of beekeeping.

3. For the convenience of the beneficiaries, the request: the declaration of the occupied cells can be submitted to the competent Directorate of Agricultural Economics and Veterinary Medicine, through the relevant Beekeeping Center and / or digitally by the beneficiary himself, through a special digital application, which has been created by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. For this purpose, the Beekeeping Centers (K.M.) provide beneficiaries with the necessary material and technical support, if requested.

4. The timely submission of an application – declaration of occupied cells in accordance with paragraph 2, is a selection criterion for the inclusion of beneficiaries in the action.

5. Exceptionally, for the year of beekeeping 2020, the first year of application of this, any late submission of the application: the declaration of occupied cells is not a criterion for the exclusion of the action. Therefore, any expired applications – statements of occupied cells for the year of beekeeping 2020, are taken into account for the calculation of eligible cells for the beneficiaries, but are not taken into account in the calculation of all cells, that the country declares to the European Commission.

6. Eligible expenses are the provision of “replacement cells” as defined in paragraph 3 of Article 1.

7. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not an eligible expense.
