Beneficiaries are those who are registered as unemployed who have acquired long-term unemployed status, that is, they have exceeded 12 months of continuous registered unemployment, during the period from April 1, 2019 to April 16, 2020 and remain unemployed until April 16, 2020. This means that Beneficiaries are those who are long-term unemployed for 12 to 24.5 months and have not received long-term unemployment benefits.

It is recalled that extraordinary financial aid is exempt from taxes, without restrictions and is not included in the income limits for the payment of any social or welfare benefits.
