The objective of the program is to provide direct, long-term and substantial support to the financial liquidity of companies affected by the pandemic. To this end, cooperating banks, which with extremely short procedures will, after evaluation, provide mobile capital loans to companies that have been suspended or restricted in operation due to the covid-19 pandemic.

Loan amount
The amount of each loan is as follows:
– Up to 50% of the company’s turnover, as shown in E3 or in the VAT declaration or in the periodic VAT declarations of the financial year prior to the application date or
– Up to 50% of orders this year.
In the case of newly created companies, it is financed with a subsidized interest rate, up to 50% of orders for the current year or 80% of loans on credit.
If the above amounts are not discernible, the loan cannot exceed 100% of the principal.
Loan duration and grace period
The duration of each loan is established between 24 and 60 months from the disbursement (lump sum or first installment) of the loan.
A grace period of 6 to 12 months is possible.
Interest is only paid during the grace period.
Interest rate
The interest rate on the loan funds that each bank contributes to the financing of each company is determined by the bank in accordance with its current policy and the general terms of the action.
The interest rate cannot exceed 8% during the period during which it is subsidized (first two years). For this period, the interest rate of the loan will remain stable.
In addition, the interest rate of each loan during the first two years will be 100% subsidized with the resources of TEPIX II.
Any contribution from Law 128/75, as well as possible default interest, are not subsidized and, at the end of the two years, the company pays the interest.
Shipping process
When submitting the request you must:
a) The company must have one of the eligible KADs and follow the following procedure:
– Submit an electronic funding application to the State Aid Information System (PSKE) on the website www.ependyseis.gr.
– In the application, choose the bank you want to be loaned to.
– The bank will confirm the KAD based on the data provided by the company and, therefore, on the accuracy of the eligibility.
b) The company must maintain during the two full years that it receives an interest rate subsidy the same number of employees employed on March 19, 2020, according to data from the ERGANI system.
Download and retention terms
The control of the maintenance by the company of the same number of employees employed on March 19, 2020 based on data from the ERGANI system for two years, will be performed by EAT on January 31 for the years 2021 and 2022 or the next business day, electronically through the ERGANI System and the Intermediate Financial Institutions will be informed accordingly.
A precondition for receiving the amount of the subsidized interest is that the company, at the time of disbursement of the subsidized interest as defined in the loan contract, does not show past due debts of the specific financing.
