The P.O.F.E.E. points out that there is a serious problem with the omission of including in the extension of employers’ insurance contributions the month of March (which ends today, April 30) and the companies with activity that were defined by the relevant decisions of the Ministry of Finance (A.1072 / 2020, A.1073 / 2020 and A.1074 / 2020).
Specifically in decision D.15 / D ‘/ oik. 13226/325 / 03-26-2020, which was amended by Δ.15 / Δ ‘/ οικ.13937 / 337 / 6-3-2020 while employers’ insurance contributions from February and March until 9/30 / 2020 and 10/31/2020 respectively, the companies with KAD that refer to A.1053 / 2020 and A.1054 / 2020, but do not include the companies that were included in the previous decisions (A.1072 / 2020, A.1073 / 2020 and A.1074 / 2020).
Therefore, there is a legislative gap, as the reference to the relevant press release on the framework does not clarify whether these companies are included or not, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs must urgently address the problem, for which the PO .Φ.Ε.Ε. sent a relevant message to Minister Vroutsis to provide an urgent solution.
