The new plan of the Ministry of Environment and Energy includes four key points which are the following:

The objective of RIS, as pointed out by the Minister Mr. Costas Skrekas, is to make investments of more than 3 billion euros in the energy improvement of buildings in the next 5 years, with funding from the NSRF and the Recovery Fund.
