Rent Reduction: What Applies to Owners and Employees

Example:

  • Initial rental: 1000 euros
  • With the 80% reduction the company pays 200 euros
  • The owner will recover 600 euros (60% of the initial rent)

As far as they are concerned employees affected companies that are in suspension, in January it will have rent reduction by 40% at your main residence or at your student residence. Prerequisite for the rental “haircut” student accommodation is one of the parents who will be suspended from employment.
