The rent reduction regime for affected companies and employees will continue into the new year.

However, the affected companies will also be able to pay commercial income reduced by 80%. These include those stores that operate click away and electronic phone ordering and catering companies that deliver meals to your home.
Rent Reduction: What Applies to Owners and Employees
According to the corresponding report of the show “Society Hour MEGA”, the owners who will receive reduced rents from the new year will be compensated by the 60% of the initial rent, that is, not in losses.
Example:
- Initial rental: 1000 euros
- With the 80% reduction the company pays 200 euros
- The owner will recover 600 euros (60% of the initial rent)

As far as they are concerned employees affected companies that are in suspension, in January it will have rent reduction by 40% at your main residence or at your student residence.
