New categories are added to the special categories for the payment of the special purpose compensation of 800 euros in accordance with a Joint Ministerial Decision presented by Dikaiologitika News. As mentioned, the new categories are modified and added to Ministerial Decision No. 16073/287 / 22.4.2020 “Support measures for employees of special categories, who are significantly affected due to the negative consequences of the occurrence of the crown COVID-19 “.
In particular, the new charges included for the payment of 800 euros are:
- Employees who are employed by more than one employer and one of them has not / has suspended their employment contracts and if their weekly working hours did not exceed 50% (in the initial ministerial decision it was 30%) of their working hours Totals based on their employment contracts, from 3/15/2020 to 4/20/2020.
- Artists, creators and professionals of art and culture in active employment with professions based on the statistical classification of professions according to STEP92 registered in PS ERGANI who worked with fixed-term employment contracts from 15.2.2020 to 20.32020 after their expiration, the agreed time in companies: employers who are subject to one of the 90.01.90.02.90.03.90.04 KAD or with short-term fixed-term employment contracts, one or two days, with a contractual expiration date and in the same period of time in one or more companies.
- Employees working on behalf of more than one employer: natural persons (self-employed) who have not established a legal entity and are not a company and are subject to the exceptions in article 14, paragraph 14.1, of ministerial decision number 40331 / Δ1.13521 / 2019 – Government Gazette 3520 / Β / 19-9-2019 in force from and have e-EFKA insurance days from 1.12.2019 to 29.2.2020.
- Active members of the workers’ cooperatives of Law 4430/2016 registered in the General Registry of Organizations of Social and Solidarity Economy of the Ministry of Labor
- Basketball coaches licensed to practice and active members of amateur sports clubs enrolled in the membership register of the Association of Greek Basketball Coaches.
