Austrians receive more pensions than Germans: do we need reform?

Is it a rolling pole?

Dear ones, we are faced with a mystery. My partner and I are self-employed and we are small businesses. You’re so cool, I’ve been for a while. Now that you’ve started streaming and are making money through subscribers, coins, and donations. To jumpstart them and make it all work, I make a donation every now and then and throw in a few coins, or sometimes I gift a subscription. All this as an entrepreneur and not in private. On streaming platforms, all the big streamers do it in such a way that A is in a good mood and B ensures that other viewers don’t forget to support something, as streamers have to make a living out of it. After each transmission, I send my partner an invoice for all expenses and reimburse myself. So far so good. But now we are puzzled by how we have to book everything. At the moment we always do it as an expense to me, invoice her, she returns the income to me. So it makes more sense, BUT what I hadn’t considered is that we as small business owners have a turnover cap. Shit ^^ So I had taken care of the issue of continuous items, because in the end it would be exactly that. I will spend money on you (your money) and get the exact amount back. You only receive invoices for coins and subscriptions that you can give away, but as a US business, without a recipient on the invoice. You only see the last digits of my credit card and it all comes to my email address by email. I already looked for everything that I don’t have my name on the invoices For any reason. There is nothing at all with donations. You do not bill for anything as money is sent 1 to 1 to the streamer and only a transaction fee is withheld. This means that there is only one proof of my credit card debit and, if necessary, the reservation list of the transmitter’s transactions. I hope there are tax professionals among you who can help us 🙂 Can we reserve all of this as transitional items? And if so, do I still have to send an invoice to my partner? Given that she has to declare the money as income and that actually comes back as expense? Or completely different? Or do we both have to record everything as income and expenses, even though money actually moves back and forth? Thank you very much for your help! Greetings and have a nice week!
