According to media reports, the main suspect is the head of the Berlin clan Arafat Abou-Chaker. These are suspected fraud, money laundering, tax evasion and violations of the tax code.
In addition to an office complex in the Treptow-Köpenick district, the villa in Kleinmachnow, where Abou-Chaker lives, was registered. The objects in Switzerland are also on the researchers’ list. The SEK and the tax investigation are involved. Four suspects are suspected “in part attributable to the area of organized crime,” the attorney general’s office said on Twitter. The prosecutor and the police have yet to say who he is specifically.

Arafat Abou-Chaker and three of his brothers are currently on trial in the Berlin district court. The 44-year-old is accused of criminal acts to the detriment of rapper Bushido. According to the indictment, the musician is said to have been threatened, insulted, locked up and assaulted with a bottle of water and a chair in December 2017 and January 2018. The main defendant and Bushido were once considered partners in the music business until Bushido ended their collaboration in 2017.
Abou-Chaker did not want to accept this and asked Bushido to pay one million euros and participate in his music business for 15 years. The charges are attempted gross blackmail, deprivation of liberty, dangerous bodily injury, duress, insult and infidelity.
