But there are always those who seem not to care about health and have decided to take to the streets. This is the case of a man who was fined because he was walking his fish.
The case was registered in the Spanish city of Logroño, a man was caught by the authorities when he was walking through the streets, while carrying a fish tank in his hand.
At the time when authorities inquired what he was doing on the street, he excused himself saying that he was walking his fish. Remember that walking pets is one of the exceptions to the rule.
But this man the police officers did not believe his occurrence, so he was fined and returned to his home.
