This Wednesday a case of animal abuse was known at the Seine headquarters in Malambo, Atlántico. The video has caused outrage on social media and the entity had to come out to answer.
The complaint was made by a foundation for the defense of animals, stating that “The coordinator of the educational entity gave the order to kill the dogs and throw them in bags.”

The message is accompanied by a video in which three men appear subjecting a dog, who is put into a bag to leave it on the floor, apparently waiting for them to die.
“Some still alive drowned in the bags,” says the Animal Colitas Callejeras Foundation.

After learning of the outrageous case of animal abuse, the director in charge of the Seine in Atlántico, Víctor Arbeláez, I announce the rejection of the entity for this act.
The manager pointed out that, once the aberrational case was known, an internal verification was made, finding that there is a presence of the canines at the headquarters.

According to his explanation, some of the dogs showed aggressive behavior, so a “Server led an activity in order to keep administrative personnel safe.”
“Unfortunately it ended in a procedural error,” said Arbeláez.

However, the director of the Seine in Atlántico assured that the canines are in good health and clarified that no apprentice participated in the case of animal abuse.
For its part, the Seine reported that those involved will be investigated and the animals will have all the veterinary care.
