The Sectional Secretariat of Health and Social Protection of Antioquia reported that 667 new registered cases of infected by Covid-19 in the department and rises to 89,759.
In Medellín there are (407), Bello (69), Itagüí (50), Sabaneta (22), Rionegro (19), Copacabana (16), La Estrella (14), Envigado (14), Caldas (12), Carepa ( 10), La Ceja (6), Girardota (6), Apartadó (4), Marinilla (3), Guarne (2), Remedios (2), Donmatías (2), Barbosa (1), El Retiro (1), Santa fe de Antioquia (1), San Juan de Urabá (1), Puerto Triunfo (1), Carmen de Viboral (1), San Luis (1), Amagá (1) and El Bagre (1).
All these new infected have been previously identified, placed in isolation and under the corresponding epidemiological surveillance.
With these new cases, the number of infected people in the department of Antioquia amounts to 89,759. Of these, 43,286 are women and 46,473 are men.

Regarding patients from other departments who are hospitalized, there are (12) people. From Chocó (1) are in ICU and (4) in general room, Córdoba (1) in ICU and (1) in general hospitalization, Santander (1) in general hospitalization, Cundinamarca (1) in ICU, Valle (1) in ICU, Magdalena (1) in general hospitalization and Sucre (1) in general hospitalization.
Regarding ICU beds, the department has 922 for COVID patients, of the latter there are 648 occupied, between confirmed and suspected patients. That is, the occupation of COVID beds in the department is 70.28%.
