The Cartagena Police confirmed that they caught one of the influencers who went viral, after delivering soap lollipops to older adults and people in street conditions.

At the end of the interrogation at the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office, the accused, known in networks as “Gilad Harb” and a partner of “Jay Tomy”, presented a lawyer.

The Police imposed two appearances for behaviors contrary to coexistence.

The first in accordance with article 40 of Law 1801 of 2016, to affect social groups with special constitutional protection, such as children, the elderly and people living on the streets.

And second for disrespect for authority, by throwing obscene expressions at the police officers who carried out the procedure.

This “influencer” will have to pay a fine type 4, equivalent to $ 936,320, and another Type 2 fine of $ 234,080, according to the National Code of Security and Citizen Coexistence.

In total, the penalty is equal to $ 1,170,400.

The authorities reported that they are still searching for the other two influencers linked in the video, which “evidences an attack against people’s health.”

“The protagonists of this video provide food contaminated with soap to older adults, children and people living in the street, deceiving them with an alleged launch of a new brand of ice cream,” said the Police in a statement.

The police authorities indicated that this conduct constitutes a «Mistreatment and abuse of these people in vulnerable conditions, in public places».

It should be added that these influencers had already been captured for their heavy jokes in 2019, for which they had signed a commitment with the Prosecutor’s Office not to attack public health and safety again.
