There are three pieces of evidence that the Prosecutor’s Office is working on to begin making decisions about the alleged payment of bribes for the award of the contract for the sale of tickets for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
In the hearing for the imputation of charges against the director of Ticket Ya, Elías Yamhure Daccarett, the Prosecutor’s Office mentioned the existence of an alleged payment of bribes for the award of the contract in 2017.
Prosecutor 43 for money laundering indicated that Ticket’s partners already had the certainty of the delivery of the contract because they had agreed with the Federation “through an alleged offer of gift ”.
The official of the accusing entity questioned that Ticket Shop ranked third in the rating of the firms that submitted to the tender, it was the least optioned in financial matters and, despite this, the contract was assigned.
Ticket Shop was the firm that won the contract, but according to the investigation, behind it was actually Ticket Since it was another firm that did not have the experience to win the award and that basically dominated the entire process.

And he added that the call was simulated, and although the Federation was able to assign the contract without a tender, it chose to go to that figure arguing supposed reasons of transparency, “knowing that this was not true because the contract was going to be assigned to the Ticket Shop ”.
He then referred to the findings on the payment of bribes and mentioned three specific facts. Initially, in a raid carried out in Cartagena to one of Ticket Ya’s partners, on October 4, 2017. A briefcase was found there, said the Prosecutor’s Office, in which there were several documents, including the preliminary proposal for the contract with the Federation and the accounts for it.

The witness said he was in a later meeting in which, supposedly, Yamhure Daccarett said that 60 million pesos of that money had been lost between the bank and the house where the delivery was made. This despite the fact that they moved the silver in an armored car.
The Prosecutor’s Office pointed out in the diligence that the manager Jorge Perdomo declared that on December 1, 2017, the late Rodrigo Rondón told him about the renewal of the ticket office contract, and he tells him that “Lucho, Ramón and the little one” were given one billion pesos each. The Prosecutor’s Office indicated that at that time an attempt was made to make a new offer so that the company will keep the contract.
The accusing body questioned that there would have been two moments in which money was offered to members of the Federation.
“A member of the Federation has already ratified what was found in the raid and what was said by a Ticket Ya witness,” said the prosecutor’s official.
He added that although the contract is signed with Ticket Shop, those who coordinate the affairs of the ticket office are Rodrigo Rondón and Elías Yamhure Daccarett, who, the prosecutor said, “was the one who met with the directors of the Federation.”
He indicated that the Federation itself obtained the tickets for them to come from Cartagena to Bogotá to discuss the matters of the contract.

The prosecutor noted that in the investigation into the resale of tickets for the qualifying matches for Russia, files were found on the distribution of tickets, which mentioned the delivery of 3,644 tickets. Of these 1,400 for Alberto Romero, 1,400 for Elías Yamhure and 290 for Ramón Jesurún.

Elías Yamhure Daccarett did not accept the charges of aggravated exhaustion, conspiracy to commit a crime and private corruption.
