The image was captured by a colleague of professionals in Leningrad and published on the page of the hospital where they work, CMSCh No. 38, of the Russian Federal Medical-Biological Agency, according to various media.

Rasul Nazarov, one of the protagonists of the image, told RT that he and his colleagues, Yekaterina and Alexéi, had to return at dawn to attend to a patient with COVID-19
