In a New York hospital, a nurse identified as Danielle Conti, 43, is accused of having taken the credit card of a 70-year-old man, infected with coronavirus.

The same day that the patient had to be connected to a respirator due to his serious health, the nurse bought gasoline and some food.

Unfortunately, the man died within three days. Two weeks later the statements arrived at her house and her daughter was surprised to see the bank movements.
Since she kept her father’s wallet with all the cards, she deduced that someone from the hospital had to have taken the credit card for a moment to make the purchases.

After a police investigation it was discovered that the person responsible was the nurse who was caring for the patient.
The hospital released a statement saying Danielle Conti was temporarily suspended and facing a layoff. The woman had been hired in 2007.
The daughter of the deceased told the details of the case on her Facebook account.
