According to the defender, these are two complaints: one filed by a warden and the other one that arrived anonymously; Both were filed more than a year ago with the Ministry of Labor and the SuperVigilancia.
“This is outrageous. We do not know what was the reason that with these complaints that had already been filed, the proper procedure was not carried out, ”said Nixon Forero, Edy’s lawyer.
Forero also assured that Edy’s hiring process had irregularities, since this was not done through a company licensed by the SuperVigilancia, as the law says, but directly. It should be noted that Edy not only worked as a warden but also performed cleaning jobs.
