A total of 604 appearances were given on the night of this Friday, after the extension of curfew, dry and peak law and identity card came into effect in 40 of the 42 municipalities of Valle del Cauca.
The balance was delivered in the afternoon of this Saturday by the secretary of Coexistence and Security of the department, Walter Camilo Murcia.
People were sanctioned for violating the mobility restriction and / or consuming beverages in public areas and commercial establishments after 8:00 pm
The authorities also imposed 161 subpoenas related to the use and handling of gunpowder in the department.
As announced last Wednesday by the Governor of the department, Clara Luz Roldán, from this December 25 until January 4, the curfew measure in all the towns of the Valley, except Cali and Buenaventura, starts from 8:00 p.m. each day and runs until 5:00 am the next.
The restriction for sale and consumption in public places of alcoholic beverages and the peak and identification card for entering commercial establishments were also extended until the same day of the next month, according to the president.

On the other hand, and regarding the decisive game of the Colombian Soccer final between Santa Fe and América, which will be played this Sunday, December 27 at the El Campín stadium in Bogotá from 6:00 pm, the authorities indicated that the measures decreed to date.
“This December 27, the day of the Colombian Soccer final, curfew and dry law will govern in the department of Valle del Cauca from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am next Monday, December 28” , explained the Secretary of Coexistence and Security.
“All these measures, which have been adopted by Governor Clara Luz Roldán, are intended to safeguard the life and health of the people of Valle del Cauca,” Murcia said.
It should be remembered that these determinations apply to Alcalá, Andalusia, Ansermanuevo, Algeria, Bolívar, Buga, Bugalagrande, Caicedonia, Calima – El Darién, Candelaria, Cartago, Dagua, El Aguila, El Cairo, El Cerrito, El Dovio, Florida, Geneva, Guacarí, Jamundí, La Cumbre, La Unión, La Victoria, Obando, Palmira, Pradera, Restrepo, Riofrío, Roldanillo, San Pedro, Seville, Toro, Trujillo, Tuluá, Ulloa, Versalles, Vijes, Yotoco, Yumbo and Zarzal.
Cali and Buenaventura, being special districts, have the power to decide if they take advantage of the departmental decree or have other measures in their territory.
