The Ministry of Health reported that 8,569 new infections of covid-19 were registered in the last 24 hours. With this number, the country counts 911,316 cases, of which 91,638 are active.
The result came after 32,261 tests had been processed, of which 26,694 were PCR and 5,567 were antigens.
In addition, the latest report, which was prepared with the National Institute of Health, also showed that there were 174 new deaths from the virus, of which 145 belonged to previous days. The total number of deaths reaches 27,834.
In total, currently the regions with the most infections are Bogotá with 287,845 cases, Antioquia 131,719 and 68,926 cases.
On the other hand, when reviewing the table of infections by cities, it was found that Bogotá led with 1,534 new cases. This was followed by Cartagena with 96 and Santa Marta with 83 new infections.
In the case of the departments, Antioquia led with 1,939; Valley with 767; Cundinamarca with 207; Huila with 585; and Boyacá with 402.
There are 1,492 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: Amazonas, Antioquia (Ituango), Arauca, Atlántico, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Boyacá, Bolívar, Buenaventura, Caldas, Caquetá, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Quindío, Risaralda, San Andrés, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle, Vaupés, Vichada, Guaviare and Guainía.
