The Ministry of Health reported in its daily report that in the last 24 hours there were 10,023 new cases of covid-19 in the country, for a total of 1,290,510 confirmed cases of the virus throughout the territory.
In the report, the entity reported that Bogotá was once again the city with the most cases, registering a total of 2,567 infected people. On the other hand, the departments with the most registered infections were Antioquia with 1,797 and Valle with 619.
This result occurred after the processing of 51,381 tests, of which 32,292 were PCR and 19,089 for the antigen test.
In this report it was also known that there were a total of 195 deaths related to the virus, therefore, to date there are 36,214 deaths. On the other hand, the portfolio announced that the number of recovered amounted to 1,189,499 and the number of active cases reached 61,830
There are 1,865 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: Amazonas, Antioquia, Arauca, Atlántico, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Boyacá, Bolívar, Caldas, Caquetá, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, North from Santander, Putumayo, Quindío, Risaralda, San Andrés, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle, Vaupés, Vichada, Guaviare and Guainía.
To date, 61,079,040 confirmed cases have been registered worldwide, more than 1.4 million deaths and more than 39.2 million recovered.
