The incident took place on October 16 in the El Triunfo neighborhood of the Buenaventura port, in Valle del Cauca. The victim was only 28 years old.

The victim managed to be transferred to a health center where he received specialized medical attention, but died. ANDThe baby was saved by the doctors who treated them.
Roberto Causado was captured in Buenaventura by agents of the National Police, who the firearm was seized while he was manipulating it at the scene.
