Karol G, chosen as the Best Latin Artist of the MTV Europe Music Awards 2020

This Sunday the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) 2020 were held, commemorating the best of European and world music. The ceremony, which reached the public virtually, featured performances by figures such as Sam Smith, Maluma and Alicia Keys.

The paisa singer of urban music Karol G won the award for Best Latin Artist, proclaiming herself the winner in a category where she competed against other reggaeton greats such as Maluma, Bad Bunny, Anuel AA and Ozuna.

Karol G He was also nominated in the Best Video category, with his hit “Tusa”, song with which he could also take the award to Best Collaboration, a category in which he was nominated alongside Nicki Minaj.
