How will the peak and plate work for this December 31 in Bogotá?

This week the mayor of Bogotá, Claudia Lopez, confirmed that the peak and plate measurement will not be lifted during the next few days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no peak and plate.

Health personnel are exempt from this restriction, as well as electric and hybrid cars registered on the website of the District Department of Mobility, those that have paid $ 2’066,200 for the so-called solidarity peak and plate.

For the correct fulfillment of this measure, the Ministry of Mobility has installed checkpoints, through which monitoring is also carried out to mitigate excess speed.
