That is why he sent a circular to the governors and mayors and to the shopping centers which includes some prevention measures aimed at preventing the spread of the virus.
The circular establishes what are called the general recommendations for citizens, who are asked to maintain physical distance at all times, cover their mouth with their elbow or with a disposable handkerchief when coughing, avoid touching their eyes, nose and throat. mouth; stay home if you have a fever or shortness of breath and wear a mask if you are away from the residence.

Centers or commercial establishments are recommended to adopt general operating measures in accordance with the provisions of resolutions 666 and 749 of 2020 of the Ministry of Health.

The last recommendation is that promote online spaces and their participation in them created by the National Government and territorial governments.
The circular also talks about other offers of free activities on the Internet to carry out with the family during the Halloween weekend and the social networks of Family Welfare are mentioned.
