The reaction comes after the newspaper Portafolio revealed the draft of the Conpes document for reactivation, in which he outlines the roadmap for the country to recover after the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the document known by that newspaper, one of the objectives for the reactivation has to be the reduction of costs that companies have to generate employment. In that sense, propose that non-salary labor costs such as health contributions or parafiscals be eliminated, which are payments made by organizations to compensation funds and to finance the ICBF and the Sena.

“We do not have any proposal for parafiscals or labor adjustments,” insisted the official, who reiterated that any proposal on labor matters will be processed with the Employment Mission and the Labor Agreement commission.
