The Sectional Secretariat of Health and Social Protection of Antioquia reported that for this Friday, December 4, 1,241 new registered cases of infected by Covid-19 were presented in the department and the figure rises to 219,372.

Likewise, it indicates that there are (663) hospitalized patients: (398) in the Intensive Care Unit, ICU, and (265) in general hospitalization.
Regarding patients from other departments, there are (3) hospitalized people. From Chocó (1) in general hospitalization, from Boyacá (1) in general hospitalization and from San Andrés Islas (1) in general hospitalization.
Regarding the ICU beds in the department, among which are those destined for the care of patients with COVID19 and patients with other pathologies, Antioquia has a total of 1,241 beds. Of these there are, to date, 898 occupied like this: 274 with COVID patients, 78 COVID suspects and 546 non-COVID. Thus, the occupancy of ICU beds in the department today is 72.36%.
