Those who apply must be classified in category A and B and have contributed to the family compensation funds for at least six months in the last five years.

This is contemplated by Decree 801 of June 4, issued in connection with the “State of Economic, Social and Ecological Emergency”, decreed by the National Government, which will deliver this benefit to those unemployed dependent and independent workers and to the extent that availability permits. of the resources.

The aid applies to those workers who have not been beneficiaries of the Unemployment Protection Mechanism in the last three years and will continue to be delivered by the Family Compensation Funds of each Department. Financing is made through the resources of the Emergency Mitigation Fund, FOME assigned to the Ministry of Labor.
According to the Superintendency of Family Subsidy, they are already receiving financial assistance of 160 thousand pesos per month for three months, 133 thousand 111 people who were still on the waiting list, due to the exhaustion of resources, for which $ 62,933,280,000 million were drawn .
Finally, it is specified that the possible beneficiaries must:
1. Access through the virtual portals of the last Savings Bank to which they were affiliated and fill out the digital form.
2. Present the certification of employment termination as of March 12, in case of having been a dependent worker.
3. In case of being independent, show proof of the termination of the contract.
