One of those beautiful and striking stories was the one that starred Leslie and Patricia McWaters (both originally from Jackson, Michigan City, in the United States), who were married for 47 years, until the disease took them: both died at the same time, according to the obituary of his death.

They died together

Leslie and Patricia were married on April 16, 1973, leaving behind a large family: two daughters, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.. In addition to the friends they made during their life together.

Patricia was a nurse at Foote Allegiance Hospital, Jackson, for 35 years. Leslie was a truck driver. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy Reserve and a member of the Lions Club (international association of volunteers).

Joanna pointed out to ‘Wdiv’ that they are devastated because it was very difficult to lose them at the same time.
